  1. What is the cost of this software?
    • For less than a dollar a day, your church can leave a legacy of Outreach that can be handed down to the next generation.

  2. I can’t log into my dashboard account; it says error?
    • You can only log into your dashboard with your original administrator credentials.

    • You can’t log into the admin dashboard with your app credentials unless the church adds you as an admin. Please make sure your credentials are correct: Email and Password.

  3. How do I change my password?
    • Click change password from the app or admin dashboard. Note: You can’t change the dashboard password from the app, neither can you change app passwords from the dashboard. Click reset password if you can’t remember it; it will always be sent to the email used during sign up.

  4. Do I need to create a dashboard account and an app account?
    • Yes: your first step is your church admin dashboard.

    • Second step: Your team will need to download the SWAPP app and create their own accounts, then link up with your church while logging in.

  5. What do I do when I log in for the first time?
    • Watch the videos at the bottom of the home screen once you log in; your first step.

    • If you create a folder or map some streets, they will be visible for your app users to begin reaching out to your community.

  6. Do I need to manually input the door count when adding maps?
    • Yes: you must zoom in and count the houses when adding the new maps; this only needs to be done once but really helps in the long run. Your app users will need this data once finished with a map; it will ask them “How many doors were knocked” with the number of doors inputted as the total number of doors on that map.

  7. Why do the streets change color?
    • When your team checks into a street, it goes from green to yellow, and once they checkout, it then turns red. This is just a visual to allow other app users to see what has been done and what needs to be done.

  8. How do you change these streets back to green?
    • Go into your admin dashboard and click map list, then click the colored slider next to the street. To bulk open streets back to green, click the box at the top of the street list, then click open.

  9. Can I add an administrator to the dashboard?
    • Yes: Go into your team members block on the home screen; here you will see all the app users connected to your church. Find the member and select admin to the right; this will allow them to access the dashboard with their app credentials and manage the outreach.

  10. How many admins can you add and What does adding an admin do?
    • You can add as many app users as admin as you want; this allows them to see all the contacts of your church in their app and allows them access to the dashboard with their credentials.

  11. Can numerous app users log into the same street?
    • Yes: the street will turn yellow, but other app users can log into the same street. This allows for teaming up or partners doing the same street and adding data.

  12. Can I share a street with the app users?
    • Yes: you can go into street list and click the share icon then select the person, and they will be notified of the street appointment.

  13. What data can an app user save to a street?
    • They can add "do not knock," "no one home," "contact," or "special notes with a picture."

  14. Can I save contact on the app and dashboard?
    • Yes: on the app once checked into your street, you can click any house. On the dashboard, just go into contacts then click “add new.”

  15. Can I share a contact with the app users?
    • Yes: you can share a contact from your dashboard or app by clicking the share button. The administrator can see who the contacts are shared with and whether they were followed up with.

  16. Are my contacts visible by everyone?
    • No: only the admin dashboard and people you shared them with can see your contact.

  17. Are my prayers visible to everyone?
    • No: only you can see your prayers in the app.

  18. How do I cancel my subscription?
    • Go into your account and click on profile, then cancel subscription.

  19. Can I upload my existing contacts onto Swapp?
    • Yes

  20. Can I print out mailing labels from Swapp?
    • Yes

  21. Can I export contacts from Swapp?
    • Yes
