The "Per User" Model

Unlike other software that charges flat fees regardless of size, SWAPP scales with you. We count "Active App Users"—people who have downloaded the app and connected to your church account.

The Tiers

• Free Tier

  $0/month

  0-2 Users. Perfect for solo outreach leaders or testing the app.

• Basic Tier

  $19.99/month

  3-20 Users. Great for small churches and growing youth groups.

• Gold Tier

  $99/month

  21-150 Users. For established medium-sized churches. Includes a 5-page website and graphics.

• Platinum Tier

  $199/month

  151+ Users. For large ministries. Includes fully custom website and strategy consulting.

How Automation Works

You don't need to "call us" to upgrade. If your 21st member joins, your billing automatically adjusts to the Gold Tier the next month. If users leave and you drop below 20, it adjusts back down.
