Follow these steps to update your subscription. You’ll need to log in as the admin who registered the church account and use the Church admin dashboard on the web version, as subscription management is not available through the mobile app or sub admins.

  1. Log In to Your Account on the Web Version

    Visit thesoulwinningapp.com on a web browser and log in using the email address associated with your church’s account. This is typically the email used to register the church or the one receiving subscription receipts.

    • Don’t Know the Email? 

      If you’re unsure of the email used to register the church, contact our support team for assistance.

    • Forgot Your Password? 

      SWAPP Admin Church login and reset password.

      Click Forgot Password on the login page, enter your email, and follow the instructions to reset your password.


  2. Navigate to the Church Profile in the Admin Dashboard

    Once logged in, you’ll be in the Church admin dashboard. Locate the Church Profile in the top-right corner of the screen. Click on your church’s name or profile icon to access the profile settings.


  3. Find Subscription Details

    In the Church Profile, scroll to the Subscription Details section (this may also be labeled as Payment Information). This area displays your current subscription plan, billing cycle (e.g., monthly or yearly), payment method and any applied coupon codes Try BLOG5 for 5% off.


  4. Click Update Subscription

    Within the Subscription Details section, look for the Update Subscription button. Click on it to access options for modifying your plan. You’ll be able to:

    • Switch between monthly and yearly billing.

    • Apply a coupon code to receive a discount.

    • Update your payment method (e.g., change the credit card on file).

    • Add or remove features if available in your plan.


  5. Make Your Changes and Save

    Follow the prompts to make your desired changes:

    • Switch Plans: Select “Yearly” to switch from monthly billing, or vice versa, and review the updated cost.
