UPDATE: please note the term "prospect" has been migrated and is now called "contacts" Engaging with your community and efficiently managing church outreach efforts is pivotal for fostering growth and connectivity. The Soul Winning APP (SWAPP) streamlines this process by allowing you to share prospect information seamlessly with your church members through its user-friendly mobile application. This tutorial will guide you through the simple steps to utilize this powerful feature.

Step 1: Log Into Your Dashboard

First, ensure you're logged into your SWAPP account. You can access your dashboard by visiting either theswapp.io or thesoulwinningapp.com Your dashboard is the central hub where you can manage all aspects of your church's outreach efforts.

Step 2: Navigate to Your Prospect List

Within your web app, locate the "Prospect List" option. This section provides a comprehensive view of individuals your church is reaching out to. SWAPP offers two views for your convenience:

  • Map View: Ideal for a geographical overview of where prospects are located.

  • List View: Provides detailed information about each prospect, including follow-ups and appointments.

Choose the view that best suits your needs for an efficient workflow.

Step 3: Sharing Prospects

To share a prospect with a church member, simply click on the "Share" icon represented by three dots. Browse through the list of soul winners associated with your account and select the appropriate member to share the prospect with. Upon sharing, the selected member will receive an instant notification on their mobile app, indicating a new visitor to follow up on.

Step 4: Church Follow-Up

Church members can then access the "Appointments" section within the mobile app to view shared prospects. Although the appointment count might not update in real-time, rest assured that any shared prospects will be available in this section. From here, members can view detailed information about the prospect, initiate contact through text or call, and even navigate to the prospect's location using integrated map functionality.

Step 5: Record Your Visit

After visiting the prospect, church members can utilize the "Record Visit" feature to note the outcome of the visit. Whether it was a successful engagement or a simple note that no one was home, this feature allows for detailed documentation of the outreach effort. Photos can also be uploaded for further clarification or documentation needs.

Step 6: Prospect Notes and Follow-Up

Once a visit is recorded, the prospect will remain in the church member's list, allowing for ongoing prayer and follow-up as led. Members can view and add notes to a prospect's profile to keep track of engagement history and any relevant details for future interactions.

Sharing from the Mobile App

SWAPP's flexibility also allows for prospect sharing directly from the mobile app. By navigating to the "Prospects" section in the app menu, members can share prospects with other church members, ensuring the right individuals are connected for follow-up based on ministry needs or relevance.

Conclusion

SWAPP's prospect sharing feature is designed to make church outreach efforts more collaborative and effective. By following these straightforward steps, your church can enhance its community engagement and ensure no prospect is overlooked. If you encounter any challenges or have questions, SWAPP's dedicated support team is readily available via chat on the website or by phone.

Embrace the power of technology in your church's outreach efforts with SWAPP, and witness the impact of streamlined communication and management on your community's growth and connectivity.
