Harness the full power of the SWAPP Web Dashboard to customize your experience and manage your team.

Custom Branding & Labels

Make SWAPP feel like your church's own app by replacing the default branding.

  1. Log into the Dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings > Customize.
  3. Logo: Upload your church logo. This replaces the "SWAPP" label at the top of the mobile app for all your members.
  4. Custom App Label: You can rename the app inside your members' devices (e.g., "Liberty Baptist App").

Setting Up Kiosk Mode

Kiosk Mode is designed for a tablet or computer in your church lobby. It allows members to interact with the system without an administrator present.

  • How to activate: Go to Dashboard > Kiosk.
  • Functionality: Members can scan a QR code to quickly print an outreach map or check into a route themselves.
  • Registration: It can act as a self-service station for new visitors to enter their details directly into your CRM.

Securing Your Organization

Protect your church data with these specialized settings:

  • Joining Password: Found in Settings > Security. If enabled, users must enter this password after finding your church in the app to join.
  • Admin Promotion: Only promote trusted staff to Admin. Admins can see every contact and every note across the entire church. Regular members only see what is shared with them.
  • Map Resets: In the **Oversight** panel, you can "Reset Progress" for a Zone. This turns all Red maps back to Green, allowing your team to work through the neighborhood again for a new campaign.

Managing Giving Links

Add your Tithely, PayPal, or Stripe links in Settings > Giving. These appear as a floating "Give" button or profile link in every member's app, streamlining your financial stewardship.
