B. Technical Issues & Service Failures

  • If The Soul Winning App experiences a system failure lasting more than 48 hours, users may request a partial refund or account credit.

  • Refunds will not be provided for user-side issues (e.g., device compatibility, internet connection failures).

C. Unauthorized Charges

  • If you believe a charge was made in error, you must contact support within 7 days of the transaction to request a refund.

D. Promotional & Discounted Plans

  • Refunds do not apply to discounted plans, promotional offers, or free trials.

4. Exceptions & Special Cases

  • The Soul Winning App reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet eligibility criteria.

  • Users who violate our Terms of Service are not eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds are not applicable for purchases made through third-party resellers (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store).
