Keep your departments organized. Whether you call them "Ministries," "Groups," or "Classes," SWAPP helps you manage them.

Overview

Ministries allow you to segment your users. This is perfect for:

  • Choir
  • Youth Group
  • Bus Ministry
  • Sunday School Classes

Creating a Ministry

  1. Go to the Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to "Ministries".
  3. Click "Add Ministry" and give it a name and description.

Join & Post

Joining: Users can browse available ministries in the app and tap "Join".

Communication: As an admin, you can post announcements, events, or prayer requests specifically to one group. Only members of that group will be notified, keeping communication relevant.

Note: In upcoming 2025 updates, Ministries will get their own dedicated calendars and richer discussion features.
