Managing Contacts & Leads
Turn door-knocks into meaningful relationships by organizing your contacts effectively.
Adding a Contact
When you meet someone interested in the Gospel or your church:
- In the App (on an active Map or Prayer walk), tap their house.
- Select "Add Contact" or drop a Pin.
- Enter their name, interest level, and notes.
Organization (Folders)
Don't let contacts get lost. Organize them!
- Create Folders: Go to Dashboard > Folders. Examples: "VBS Follow-up", "Bus Route 1", "Visitor Welcome".
- Move Contacts: You can bulk-select contacts and move them into specific folders for your teams to work.
Sharing & Routing
SWAPP makes teamwork easy:
- Sharing: Tap a contact > Share. Select a team member. They get a notification instantly.
- Routing: Select 5-10 contacts in a folder > Click "Get Route". The app will calculate the most efficient driving path to visit them all.
QR Code Entry
Want visitors to add themselves? Go to a Folder > Click "Generate QR". When people scan it, they can enter their own info, and they automatically land in that folder!
