Creating an Event

You can create events from both the Web Dashboard and the Mobile App.

1. Go to the Events tab.
2. Click Create Event.
3. Start/End Time: Set the duration.
4. Location: Add an address (users can tap to get directions).
5. Visibility: Choose "Public" (Whole Church) or select a specific Ministry Group (e.g., "Youth Only").

Viewing Events

Members see a unified calendar in their app. It combines:

• Church-wide events.
• Events for groups they have joined.
• Personal follow-up reminders.

RSVPs (Coming Soon)

We are actively developing a robust RSVP system for early 2026, allowing you to track exactly who is coming to each event.
